At least once per year you participate in a review of your personal objectives, core skills and performance and identify future objectives and key activities together with your personal training and development needs. We call this the Personal Development and Performance Review. The core skills are grouped into five values that the company regards as most important in the delivery of our business mission;

We encourage everyone to plan and between reviews check the successful implementation of their own personal plan. Each individual can then clearly see where they are personally contributing to the development of the business and achieving their own goals.
